Bairnsdale Regional landfill located at 200 Johnstons Road Forge Creek. Cell 3 base liner includes a composite lining system comprising a combination of compacted clay liner, 2.0 mm thick HDPE liner, Cushion geotextile, and leachate collection system.
Terra Firma Laboratories was engaged by East Gippsland Shire Council to perform GITA and TPCC services for cell 3 constructions including level one supervision as specified in AS 3798-2007.
